Shawn Bjorgaard is an experienced M365 Program Manager at the USDA, with over eight years of experience in managing Microsoft 365 applications for a user base of more than 120,000. His expertise spans across change management, incident management, and adoption of Microsoft 365 applications.

Throughout his tenure at the USDA, Shawn has led several significant initiatives, including the successful migration to the Government Community Cloud and the rollout of Microsoft Teams. Shawn is also at the forefront of innovation, spearheading the exploration plan for Microsoft 365 Copilot. He has overseen the adoption of 24 different Microsoft 365 applications and services included in the G5 license, significantly contributing to the implementation of zero trust security at USDA for all users and endpoints.

Before joining the USDA, Shawn served as a US Air Force veteran specializing in satellite communications and security systems. Additionally, he held the role of Microsoft Endpoint Desktop Architect at The DOE NNSA National Security Campus, where he contributed to national security efforts. Shawn has a total of 23 years of experience in the federal information technology field.
