Kyle Psilopoulos is a U.S. Digital Corps Data Scientist supporting data and AI initiatives in the Chief Data Office under the Chief Data & AI Officer. Since early 2025, he has been leading the newly established USDA AI Lab, which focuses on AI enablement and support across USDA. The lab conducts research and development (R&D) while establishing AI incubators to develop prototypes that improve program capabilities and cost-effectiveness for both internal and external USDA programs. Kyle also leads AI governance and transparency initiatives at USDA, collecting all past and ongoing AI projects at the USDA and publishing them publicly in the annual USDA AI Inventory.
