Casey Cook has joined USDA as Acting Director of Strategy Management & Complex Solutions at OCIO DISC.

With extensive experience in federal IT and cybersecurity, cook brings significant expertise in application integration, configuration management, and information security to this leadership role. Their background includes deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, and strategic IT planning within the federal government sector.

Most recently, Cook served as DISC Enterprise Architect at USDA, where they supported alignment with OCIO, DISC and federal partner’s strategic goals. Previously, Cook served as Cloud Architecture Branch Chief at USDA, leading a diverse group of Cloud Architects to enable USDA Mission Goals and managing enterprise-level cloud initiatives.
