Troy Hamilton serves as the acting Assistant Chief Information Officer (ACIO) of USDA's Research, Education, and Economics (REE) Mission Area which includes the Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Economic Research Service (ERS), National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), and National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA).  Troy is a charter member and co-chair of the USDA Cloud Working Group and a charter member of the USDA Cloud Center of Excellence.
