The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Southwest Chapter will sponsor the first ever Cyber, Tech, & Tactical Expo at U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) on Thursday, March 21, 2024. The Cyber, Tech, & Tactical Expo is being coordinated with the Office of the Commander, and all YPG personnel will be notified about the opportunity to attend this event.

The goal of this event is to provide the latest cybersecurity updates, to promote innovation in technology, and to explore new concepts in tactical technology and Interoperability. 

​

All companies will cyber, information technology, and tactical technology capabilities are invited to exhibit.

YPG manages test operations at three locations: Yuma Test Center in Yuma, Arizona; Cold Regions Test Center at Fort Greely, Alaska; and Tropic Regions Test Center on leased land at multiple locations in Central and South America.

 

Yuma Proving Ground is Yuma County's top civilian employer, with over 2,000 civilian personnel. According to a comprehensive survey of Arizona's military installations, YPG's combined direct, indirect, and induced economic impact is in excess of $1.1 billion annually.

About the NDIA Southwest Chapter

The NDIA Southwest Chapter consists of over 1,500 members from Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah representing professionals, small and medium enterprises, and large defense contractors in a wide array of industries serving the Defense Industrial Base.  The Chapter is committed to supporting NDIA programs and activities, to providing a means for liaison with federal government agencies and personnel and facilitating education and collaborations in support of the Defense Industrial Base within the region.
