How we protect your information.

We're hosted on Amazon Web Services, one of the most prominent servers on the Web equipped with the best network protection tools. Our platform is carefully monitored 24/7 for potential threats and unauthorized activities, such as Man in the Middle Attacks or IP Spoofing. We thank Amazon for its long term experience in protecting both its physical and virtual structure, as well as its long commitment in securing and encrypting sensitive data and private information updated whenever needed with a 256-bit SSL connection path between users and their accounts and subaccounts. All data is encrypted and securely kept on Amazon's servers in multiple data centers across the United States.

We use spam, virus and malware protection services provided by McAfee. All latest threats are carefully monitored and cleaned on a daily basis, so that our partners and users can navigate in a secured environment. Feel free to close deals on your online order forms without encountering any external threats at all!

We use our best efforts to ensure that no unauthorized parties have access to any of your information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those individuals and entities who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We currently maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information. We reinforce the company’s privacy and security policy with our employees. Under no circumstances will your PFI be made available to anyone outside of FTP. FTP will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available.

  • We maintain and protect the security of our servers and require user names and passwords to access sensitive data.

  • We use industry standard encryption methods to protect your web data transmissions.

  • When sending confirmation emails to our clients the credit card number will not be displayed in its entirety. Instead of the entire number, you will only see asterisks and the last four digits of your number.

  • Personnel who have access to our database are trained to maintain and secure all information.

  • If we determine that a security breach has occurred and that such breach creates a risk of identity theft we will make every attempt to notify you.

  • Bind subcontractors with contractual, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

Antispam policy

We are totally against spam, this being one of the reasons why we started our service. To fight spam, we have implemented Captcha protection on our forms. If our Captcha protection is defeated by spammers, let us know and we will improve the difficulty of the Captcha.

You can use smart Captcha images, which means that the verification code shows up only when the form receives more than one submission from the same IP address. You can also limit the number of submissions coming from the same IP address each day in the Settings → Security section of your form.
