About the Cyber Tech Day at PNNL AI Discovery Summit:

The PNNL AI Discovery Summit is a lab-wide initiative focused on increasing staff awareness, understanding, and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools and capabilities across PNNL research and operations. The exhibit dates will be: April 1-2, 2026.

This multi-day program supports PNNL’s broader efforts to strengthen AI readiness by bringing together tools, expertise, guidance, resources, and real-world use cases in one cohesive, accessible experience.

Purpose

  • Establishing a shared understanding of PNNL’s AI strategy and ecosystem

  • Increasing confidence in safe and effective AI application

  • Enabling hands-on exploration within research and operational contexts

  • Showcasing credible, lab-relevant AI use cases

  • Fostering cross-directorate learning and collaboration

Industry Participation

Technology companies are invited to participate as exhibitors and sponsors in this focused, mission-driven event. PNNL AI Discovery Summit is intentionally designed to foster meaningful collaboration between PNNL and industry on real-world AI challenges facing today’s workforce—and those anticipated in the future.

Industry participation helps expose staff to practical AI tools, enables hands-on interaction during breaks and networking periods, and supports informed, responsible adoption of AI technologies.
